Overview

The journal is the core of Mindflow Sync. Every entry is analysed automatically to detect your emotional state and return structured insights. There are no rules about what or how much to write - the longer and more detailed the entry, the more accurate the analysis.

Writing an Entry

1

Open a new entry

Tap the + button on the Home screen or Journal tab.

2

Write anything

Type about your day, how you feel, a situation, or whatever is on your mind. No minimum length, but a few sentences gives the AI enough context for accurate analysis.

3

Save

Tap Save. If online, the AI analyses the entry within 2-5 seconds and returns mood, intensity, a summary, and a recommended action. If offline, the entry is saved locally with a placeholder mood and analysed automatically when you reconnect.

4

View your insights

Tap any entry in the Journal tab to open the detail view with the full AI analysis and action card.

Offline Behaviour

Offline entries are saved immediately with a neutral mood placeholder. Once your device reconnects, Mindflow Sync runs AI analysis automatically and updates the entry with the real mood and insights. No action is required from you.
