Mindflow Sync is designed to work without a network connection. All wellness exercises, games, and data-entry features (journal, mood check-ins, goals, gratitude, intentions) work offline. Changes are queued locally and synced automatically when you reconnect.
The only features that require an active connection are AI analysis on new journal entries (queued and processed on reconnect) and AI chat responses.
Crisis Detection
Mindflow Sync monitors journal entries and chat messages for signs of serious distress. When crisis language is detected, the app surfaces emergency contact information and mental health resources. This feature cannot be disabled and does not automatically contact emergency services.
