Important: The AI chat is a supportive tool, not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Overview

The chat companion is tuned specifically for mental wellness support. It is non-judgemental, context-aware, and focused on helping you feel heard. It asks follow-up questions rather than jumping to conclusions, suggests evidence-based coping techniques when appropriate, and monitors for signs of serious distress.

Privacy

All chat messages are stored in your account and protected by row-level security. No one else can access your conversations.

Offline Behaviour

The AI chat requires an active internet connection. If you go offline mid-conversation, a notice appears. Previously loaded messages remain visible. The conversation resumes normally when you reconnect.
