Mindful walking sessions with step-by-step instructions for grounding awareness during a walk. Includes configurable duration (5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes), breathing reminders, and grounding prompts throughout.

Daily Affirmations

A swipeable card deck of positive affirmations, refreshed each day across themes including self-worth, resilience, calm, and growth. You can save favourite affirmations to revisit and share them.
