Step-by-step guided stretching sequences to release physical tension built up alongside emotional stress. Includes neck, shoulder, back, and full-body options. The body scan leads you through progressive muscle relaxation from head to toe.
Meditation Music
A library of ambient soundscapes optimised for focus, relaxation, and sleep. The player supports background playback, volume control, loop toggle, and a sleep timer that stops playback after a set duration.
Guided Walks
Mindful walking sessions with step-by-step instructions for grounding awareness during a walk. Includes configurable duration (5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes), breathing reminders, and grounding prompts throughout.
Daily Affirmations
A swipeable card deck of positive affirmations, refreshed each day across themes including self-worth, resilience, calm, and growth. You can save favourite affirmations to revisit and share them.
Gratitude Journal
A dedicated daily gratitude entry, separate from the main journal. Research consistently links gratitude practice with improved wellbeing and reduced negative thought patterns.

Create a goal
Tap Add Goal and enter a short description - for example, "Meditate 5 minutes" or "Go for a walk".
Log daily progress
Tap the checkmark next to a goal to log it for today. The streak counter increases. Offline logging is fully supported.
Review history
Tap a goal to see a calendar heatmap of your log history and current streak.
Morning Intentions
Write a short statement of what you intend to focus on or feel today. The intention stays visible throughout the day as a reminder. Works offline; queued and synced when connected.
