Games & Mind Tools
Six playful, therapeutic tools for breaking rumination cycles, processing emotions, and giving your mind a healthy outlet.
Bubble Pop
A stress-relief tool that generates a field of animated bubbles you tap to pop. Haptic feedback on each pop creates a satisfying physical sensation. Bubbles regenerate continuously. The repetitive, low-stakes interaction helps reduce hyperarousal and quiet an anxious mind.
Spin Wheel
A decision and randomisation tool for moments when you feel stuck or overwhelmed by choices. The wheel is pre-loaded with Mindflow Sync wellness activities and can be customised with your own options. Spinning bypasses decision fatigue by giving you "permission" to simply do whatever it lands on.
Mood Painting
A free-drawing canvas where you paint with colour to express your current emotional state. No artistic skill is needed. Choose from a mood-inspired colour palette, adjust brush size and opacity, erase, reset, or save your painting to the device gallery. Expressive art helps with non-verbal processing of emotions that are difficult to put into words.
Voice Journal
Record spoken thoughts when typing feels like too much effort. Tap to record, tap to stop. Recordings are saved privately to your device with playback speed control. Useful when you feel emotionally flooded and cannot organise thoughts into written sentences.
An optional prompt is displayed to help you get started if you are unsure what to say.
Decision Clarity
A structured thinking tool for working through difficult decisions using a weighted pros/cons framework with an emotional layer.
Name the decision
Enter the decision you are facing in one sentence.
Add your options
List two or more choices. For each option, add pros and cons.
Rate emotional weight
For each pro and con, indicate how strongly you feel about it. This reveals which factors actually matter most to you.
Review the summary
Mindflow Sync shows a weighted summary that helps you see which option aligns best with your values and feelings.
Unsent Messages
Write a message to someone you cannot, or choose not to, send it to - a person, a past version of yourself, a situation, or an emotion. The message is never sent anywhere. It stays private in the app. You can save it for later reflection or delete it when you are done.
This technique is commonly used in therapeutic practice to help safely express unexpressed feelings around conflict, grief, or unfinished conversations. Writing without the pressure of sending removes the social filter and allows for more honest expression.
